Abbie VanDerWegeAbbie VanDerWege,

Licensed Psychologist

"I believe in our ability to overcome challenges and grow from difficult experiences. We struggle, however, when certain circumstances bring up painful thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations that we can't seem to shake. I work with clients to help them more effectively manage those painful expeiriences so that they can focus on developing full, rich, and meaningful lives. I emphasize providing clients with a safe and secure space to expore their feelings, discuss their perspectives on self and relationships, and practice life-enhancing behaviors. I draw from cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and holistic health approaches and employ evidence-based therapies. I also provide psychological assessment and testing."
