EJG Erica J. Gergely, Ph.D., LP

Licensed Psychologist

"As a cognitive-behavioral psychologist, I understand the functional relationship between what a person thinks, how they feel, and their resulting actions.  Therapy will focus on developing clearly defined treatment goals (how you want your life to be different), identifying and engaging in tasks to achieve these goals (including work you do inside and outside of sessions), and continuous monitoring of progress (is what we're doing working?).  My style of therapy is flexible while always guided by a cognitive behavioral framework (i.e. CBT).  I look forward to working with you to make fundamental changes and to promote effective, skillful and balanced living."
